We excel at fabricating dies for pultruded products of all shapes and sizes, including structural channels, thin-walled products, window lineals, and even the most challenging intricate designs. Our customers' end-use products are of a higher level of quality because of our precision die making capability.

Our manufacturing process begins with our expert engineering staff leveraging the most advanced computer modeling technology available to design a pultrusion die that will meet your exact specifications. We produce pultrusion dies for standard resin bath processes, as well as advanced resin injection system dies that create a cleaner workplace for our customers.

Regardless of a die's size and complexity, Crown has the equipment for every machining process, including E.D.M., milling, turning, and CNC surface grinding for pultrusion dies up to 120 inches. In addition, our repair and resurfacing experience extends the useful life of a pultrusion die, delivering valuable cost avoidance to our customer's bottom line. We have invested in large-capacity milling and machining equipment, operated by a dedicated staff of craftsmen with an average of 17 years experience, and who take professional pride in doing the job right. At each step of the die-making process, our customer's pultrusion die is inspected to assure that it will meet our stringent standards of precision and durability.
