About us:

GRPguru is a network of Managers, Engineers and Technicians with extensive expertise in Composites. We are up to date on all current techniques, including Resin Infusion, Resin Film Technology and Prepregs. We live and work on the shop floor. We know the players, the experts, and the valuable contact persons in the industry. We can help you with technical solutions; we can train your people, in-house or on site.

About VIP:

(Vacuum Infusion Process): GRPguru does not sell a system or licenses, but provides insight and training in all different VIP techniques. VIP is a straightforward process that can address most current environmental and workforce concerns. Successful use of VIP is simply a matter of training, attention to detail and good tooling and vacuum systems. GRPguru assists many major manufacturers of composite materials with the development of VIP-oriented products such as resins, core materials and reinforcements.

Our Clients:

Over the past four years, we have been training more than 20 boatbuilders and about 10 industrial clients in Closed Molding processes. Our client list includes some of the largest and most recognized names in the industry, such as Delta Marine, Christensen, and Intermarine in the Megayacht industry; we also trained large groups of workers and technicians at Searay, Contender, Maverick, Tiara, Cheoy Lee and other production builders of powerboats.

Resin Infusion seminars:

GRPguru organizes one-day orientation seminars and one-week in-depth training courses, which can be customized for your organization. Check our Website for a calendar of in-house courses or contact us via e-mail or telephone. Our courses are NMMA certified.

DVD:

We have produced a four-hour training DVD about resin infusion. The DVD is very hands-on and oriented to the shop floor. A nine-minute preview video of this excellent training tool can be seen at the Website: GuruDVDs.com
